Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on bathroom fittings, furniture, and accessories.
- Guide customers through the design process, offering product recommendations and layout advice.
- Prepare detailed quotes and manage sales transactions from start to finish.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product ranges and industry trends.
- Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the bathroom, home improvement, or interior design sector.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for design with an ability to visualize and advise on layouts and products.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- A positive and proactive attitude toward meeting sales targets.
