We are looking for a Trainee Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Team, supporting the delivery of the multiple key projects. This role offers on-the-job training, hands-on experience, and exposure to all aspects of project management—giving you the tools and knowledge to build a successful career.

Location: Office-based, full-time role in Tadworth, Surrey

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Trainee Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our projects running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data input and commissioning form management via Jira and other systems
  • Budget tracking and project expenditure monitoring
  • Helping to set up project meetings and taking minutes
  • Supporting project planning and tracking
  • Assisting in project status reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Conducting Data Quality Validation Checks using various metrics
  • Supporting stock management for goods in/out
  • Performing general administrative tasks to support the project
  • Identifying and suggesting efficiency improvements

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a passion for organisation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have:

  • GCSEs or equivalent (minimum requirement)
  • Previous administration experience (ideal but not essential)
  • Experience with IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
