SEN Teacher (Temp to Perm)

Location: Tadworth, Surrey

Reed Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary SEMH SEN Teacher to join our team in Tadworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, with the potential for a permanent position.

Day-to-day of the role:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students with SEMH needs at GCSE level.
Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student progress.
Monitor and assess student development and provide regular feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with special educational needs, SEMH desirable.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
