There is a wonderful and supportive SEN school that is in search of an experienced SEN Teacher. The successful SEN Teacher will be delivering lessons to students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The ideal SEN Teacher will be resilient and committed to help students learn and raise their self-confidence.
Preferably this SEN Teacher will be determined to help all students engage during lessons whilst having support from teaching assistants, therapy professionals and in house psychologists. This SEN teacher will also need to build rapport with both students and colleagues to create a positive and comfortable environment for everyone. Having prior experience teaching ASD/SEMH students will be key in order to transition smoothly into the role.
