We're on the lookout for passionate and dedicated supply teachers to join us on a long-term temporary basis to join our amazing team. If you're all about making a real difference for kids and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, this is the gig for you. What you'll be doing:

  • Working directly with kids and young people with specific educational needs, especially those with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, PDA, ADHD, and sensory issues.
  • Using creative teaching methods to spark learning, build skills, and boost self-esteem.
  • Teaming up with our in-house psychologists, teaching assistants, and therapy pros to create a top-notch educational experience.
  • Keeping your skills sharp with continuous professional development.
  • Creating a positive, stimulating classroom vibe that encourages learning and growth.

What you need:

  • QTS – a must-have!
  • Previous teaching experience, especially with special educational needs.
  • Loads of resilience and dedication, with a passion for teaching and making a difference.
  • Great interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
  • The ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
