Permanent PA/Office Manager opportunity - Cardiff or Bristol

Are you an organised, proactive professional looking for your next challenge? A leading UK company is seeking an onsite dynamic Personal Assistant to join their team, based at either the Cardiff or Bristol office.

As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the South Wales and West Regional Directors and Senior Leadership Team. You'll be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a professional, efficient environment for both staff and customers. Your responsibilities will range from managing diaries and organising meetings, to taking minutes and handling telephone enquiries. You'll also oversee the reception and front desk operations, while organising staff events and maintaining the Regional Managing Director's filing system.

This is an exciting, fast-paced, and highly varied role, where no two days are the same. You'll be working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across the business. Your organisational skills will shine as you manage a diverse range of tasks, from research and PowerPoint presentations for the Senior Leadership Team to providing administrative support across the office.

What We're Looking For: You will bring significant experience in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant or Office Manager, and be confident in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as InDesign. You'll have a methodical, detail-oriented approach to your work and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Your excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and proactive nature will ensure your success in this role.
