Freelance Site Manager – Immediate Start (Construction Project, Tain)
We are currently seeking a Freelance Site Manager to support a prominent construction project based in Tain, Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work on a high-profile project for a respected client within the construction industry.
Duration: 3-4 months
Rate: £30ph PAYEÂ
Start: ASAP
Hourly Rate: Competitive (plus accommodation allowance if required)
Location: Tain, Scotland
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently
- Coordinating and managing site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and resources
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations
- Reporting on project progress and identifying any potential issues or delays
- Ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Site Manager role, ideally with a joinery background
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid certification
