About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Freelance Project Manager to oversee a school fit-out project in Tain. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a vital project that will shape the educational environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the fit-out project from initiation to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and school administration to develop project plans and timelines.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site meetings to provide updates and address any issues.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including school staff and local authorities, to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in construction or educational fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are advantageous.
- SMSTS, 1st Aid, CSCS
- Enhanced DBS
