SUMMARY

My client is a large format production house based in Takeley, Essex.

Their work incorporates graphic and CAD design for large format across all retail and exhibition formats and print environments. With a long history working with retailers and brands, they have created a variety of work from initial concept, design, in-store visualisation, 3D display prototyping and mock ups within the retail industry. They are on the lookout for a Graphic Designer / Artworker to join their studio team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and deliver design solutions that meet the briefs provided by clients, ensuring that all designs are of high quality, accurate, and on-brand.
  2. Use a range of 2D and 3D design software, including Adobe Creative Suit and SketchUp to create designs and concepts.
  3. Work closely with the design team, project managers, production, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  5. Stay up to date with design trends and best practices, bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are understood and delivered.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. At least 3 years of experience working in a design-related role, preferably in an agency/production environment.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  3. 3D skills, including experience with SketchUp or Cinema4D.
  4. Knowledge of beMatrix stand system.
  5. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  8. Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
