- Preparing monthly management accounts, including profit & loss and balance sheet
- Analysing and interpreting financial data to provide key insights
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Managing month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Supporting annual financial statements and audits
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
- Managing the fixed asset register and capital expenditure tracking
- Proven experience in management accounting (construction experience desirable)
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Xero, Sage, COINS OA preferred)Advanced Excel skills and a strong eye for detail
- Â Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior management
