Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - Office Based - 2pm finish on a Friday!
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and improve financial performance.
- Month-End Closing: Lead the month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
- Financial Statements: Prepare detailed financial statements, reports, and summaries for management and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards and manage internal and external audits.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and control to optimize financial efficiency and support decision-making processes.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- AAT qualified or ACCA or CIMA part qualified or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
