Your new companyWell-established independent accountancy firm in South Staffordshire seeking to further grow their team at Semi-Senior level.

Your new roleWorking with a diverse mix of clients, you will prepare financial statements, tax returns (personal and corporate) along with management accounts and VAT returns. You will liaise regularly with your clients, which will include sole traders, limited companies and partnerships. Opportunities to get involved in audit work will be available, but the key focus of the role will be on accounts preparation.

What you'll need to succeedMy clients are seeking an individual with solid experience gained in preparing accounts within a UK accountancy practice for 2 years or more. Additionally, you will possess AAT qualifications - preferably with Level 4 completed or close to completion, however those progressing with ACCA/ ACA would also be considered. Alongside the experience and qualifications mentioned, you will be able to manage your time and your work effectively to deadlines, will be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues and will be a good team player.What you'll get in returnThis is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and friendly firm who are keen to further grow their team due to ongoing client success.
