We are currently working with a fantastic business who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their time. This is a crucial and exciting role and will allow you to gain exposure within the legal sector and contributing to a successful business who are market leaders within their sector as you contribute to the smooth financial operations.
As a Finance Administrator, you will handle the preparation and processing of bills and their associated schedules, ensuring all details are accurate and timely. You will manage all daily ledger postings to both client and office accounts, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records. Additionally, you will prepare monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a similar finance role with a basic understand of Solicitors SRA Account Rules is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of performing well under pressure with experience managing high-value transactions.
- You need to be happy with going into the office full-time and contributing to their vibrant workplace culture and fostering strong team relationships.
