As the Legal Cashier, you will maintain transactions in the firm’s client and office account cashiering function; Ensure proper processes are followed to ensure SRA Accounts Rules & AML compliance; Conduct bank reconciliations for both office and client accounts; Manage daily financial transactions and record keeping with accuracy and integrity and collaborate with the finance team to implement financial policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar fast-paced legal cashier including managing client and office accounts, processing high volumes of financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and AML regulations.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with legal professionals, clients, and financial institutions to resolve issues promptly and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Proven reliability, organisational skills, and teamwork abilities: Demonstrates a consistent track record of dependability, strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a legal finance team.
