Immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established business in Tamworth.
The Company
Seymour John have partnered with a well-established business in Tamworth who are urgently hiring for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance on a temporary basis.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Maintaining the accounts payable ledgers
- Dealing with invoice queries and maintaining ledgers
- Payment runs
- Processing expenses
- Processing petty cash
- Providing finance and management teams with admin support
- Month end reconciliations for Accounts Payable
Personal Profile
We are looking to speak with experienced Purchase Ledger Clerks who are immediately available to start a temporary position to cover sickness leave. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload in order to hit deadlines. This role is working in a supportive, friendly finance team who have created a great working environment.
