Plase note - this role will mainly be office based with anticipated travel to Europe each month to meet partners and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities?? Be a brand ambassador - Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.?? Drive business growth - Identify and develop new opportunities within the automotive and other engineering sectors across Europe.?? Build strong client relationships - Provide tailored solutions and maintain long-term partnerships.?? Collaborate with internal teams - Ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.?? Technical support - Analyse customer samples and assist the engineering team in developing optimal solutions.
What We're Looking For�? Education & Experience:? HND, HNC, or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related fields) OR equivalent business development experience.? Proven track record in business development, preferably in the automotive or engineering sector.? Strong commercial experience, particularly in client relationship management and market expansion.? Ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
?? Skills & Attributes:? Excellent communication skills - able to engage effectively with clients at all levels.? Strong organizational & project management abilities.? Ability to work independently and within a team.? Multilingual candidates preferred (fluent in English, German, or French).
