OnePlaceSolutions, The Midlands leading recruitment agency, is looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers on a temo-to-perm full-time basis!
Overview
We are looking for HGV Class 1 drivers to work on a temp-to-perm full-time basis from the site in Dordon B78. The work will be Monday to Friday weekly!
- All driving done within the working hours.
Duties:
- Loading lorry with the stock before leaving for the day (stock is already loaded, just needs putting onto lorry.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Travel to the hub and unload.
- Reload at hub and do trips back and forth between hub and local warehouse.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by company policies.
Experience:
- Must have 6+ months experience driving HGV Class 1.
- Must be ages 21+.
- Max 6 points on licence.
- Must have valid TACHO/DCPC card.
- Drugs + Alcohol test prior to start.
Pay Rate:
- Monday to Friday - £18.00ph
