Namco UK are looking for a Kitchen Team Leader with Chef experience.
Within this role you must have experience of working in a kitchen environment delivering great service in a fun and positive environment. As a Team Leader you will lead by example, making sure your team delivers a high standard of service and food. We're looking for someone with drive and ambition to support out established Bar & Grill.
As Kitchen Team Leader you will work in accordance with the Kitchen Supervisor, Grill Chefs and kitchen staff including, but not exhausted;
- Supporting the Kitchen Supervisor and Chef's
- Grill experience
- Day to day running of the kitchen
- Kitchen responsibilities as well as shift running
- General deep cleaning of the kitchen
- Pot washing
- Accepting and putting away deliveries
- Stock rotation
- Prep
- Conforming at all times with Health & Hygiene Regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
