Business Development Manager
£40k-£45k + OTE + Car Allowance
Hybrid/ Field Based - (1-2 days a week in Tamworth Office)
Experience within MSP sales, preferably telecoms, mobile and connectivity.
Role Overview
Oscar Enterprise has partnered with an MSP based in Tamworth to find a BDM to join their sales team. This is a newly created role for the business, with their existing accounts well looked-after, the company is seeking to reach for new heights by building out a Business Development Team. With a well-established client base throughout the midlands, you will be tasked with hunting for new opportunities, being an advocate for telephony products and solutions, and managing a growing business development team.
Key Skills
- You must have at least 5 years of sales experience in the industry. Specifically in telephony as this will be the focus.
- A hunter attitude - this role is 100% new business focused
- Proven history of successful sales (P60 will be required as proof of earnings)
- Strong "black book" or network of existing clients / contracts in the industry
- Full, clean UK driving licence
The Company
Our client is an MSP based in Tamworth, focussing on Telephony Solutions, IT Network services, security solutions, managed print and disaster recovery. They are a company of 16, with 3 members in the sales team and are widely considered as industry leaders.
