Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a motivated and talented Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic team based in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent role in a lively office environment, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • ? Processing orders efficiently while contributing to company targets through outstanding customer aftercare and relationship management.
  • Acting as a consultative partner, you will create robust positive relationships with a portfolio of accounts, anticipating customer needs and generating orders.
  • ?? Following up on samples and quotations, transforming them into successful sales!
  • Keeping clients informed about active promotions, generating new business through proactive social media and marketing engagement.
  • Resolving customer conflicts swiftly while providing effective solutions.
  • ?? Supporting a dedicated Area Sales Manager's diary to ensure regular customer visits.
  • Utilising internal systems for daily data management, ensuring everything is maintained and up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with various departments including Transport, Accounts, Marketing, and more.
  • ?? Creating KPI and tracker reports to measure performance.
  • Proposing actions to improve sales performance and seeking opportunities for personal growth!
  • ?? Exceptional data entry and administration skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer sales partnering role with successful results.
  • A knack for delivering consultative advice that enhances customer experience and drives sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building capabilities.
  • The ability to translate customer account histories into sales opportunities!
  • Familiarity with CRM software (or equivalent) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Prior sales experience in a similar industry is a plus!
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and working towards targets.
