Bystronic Press brake setter and operator
Previous press experience preferred but not necessarily on Bystronic machinery. Training can be given to the correct applicant. The role consists of setting andoperating Bystronic CNC Press Brake machine, requiring the ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions and specifications.
Required from you:
- Experience of completing job tracking records and works orders for traceability and identification.
- Competent at basic maths and dimensional measuring with the use of precision measurement tools.
- To take responsibility and ownership for quality, quantity and inspection of work performed.
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced manufacturing / industrial environment.
- Understanding of assembly bill of materials and due diligence required when kitting packages for next operation.
- Basic training will also be given on our CNC laser where cover will be required during holidays/busy periods to assist in continued running.
- Fork lift truck license beneficial but not essential.
Role commences start of 2025, permanent after mandatory 13-week probation. Employed directly.
Training is available to the right candidate but experience preferred.
Rate 12+ negotiable based on experience
42 hours paid weekly
