- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and servicing of water treatment systems.
- Support engineers in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits under supervision to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
- Learn to work with PLCs, SCADA, and DCS systems used in water treatment plants.
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Gain hands-on experience working with various water treatment technologies, including filtration, reverse osmosis, and disinfection systems.
- Attend manufacturer training sessions and external courses to develop technical expertise.
- A passion for engineering and a willingness to learn.
- Training in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (formal qualification beneficial but not essential).
- Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems (previous hands-on experience beneficial but not essential).
- A keen interest in water treatment and sustainability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one).
