The client is searching for a building surveyor who has experience in property maintenance or project management to aid the team with the current workload which primarily focuses on developing schedules of works for peril-related damages on properties. A main responsibility in this role will be to successfully engage with clients with the aim to build established relationships to liaison throughout the insurance peril. The company has previously completed works in the commercial sector valuing up to 100k and worked on residential claims which can be a varied valuation.
