Description
- Supervise and coordinate the credit control team's activities.
- Implement and improve debt recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
- Manage customer credit files and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Report on collection activities and outstanding debts to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

Profile
A successful Credit Control Supervisor should have:
- Prior experience as a team leader in the credit control area.
- Excellent knowledge of credit control procedures and regulations.
