The company is recruiting for a Credit Controller. Any previous experience as a Credit Controller would be of interest.

As a Credit Controller, you will have knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets and Banking practices. The right candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks to a high standard;

  • Collecting monies from customers and contacting them by email and telephone
  • Processing of new account application for credit forms
  • Generic credit vetting
  • Administering client invoices via the current company finance system
  • Authorising the release of goods for sale and transfer between sites
  • Account reconciliations and statement processing
  • Understanding of purchase orders, chasing clients to obtain purchase order numbers, in order to maintain detailed and accurate records
  • Dealing with BACS remittance queries
  • Assist with departmental end of month duties including the processing of credit

Training on the specific company policies and procedures will be given, however, understanding of the overall process and Credit Controller role, is of benefit.
