Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately enter customer information and update records in the database
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfilment
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
