Reward
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday -Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers who are in arrears to resolve outstanding payments through a one-call resolution approach.
- Handle inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general customer service queries.
- Process payments over the telephone securely and efficiently.
- Issue copy invoices, statements, and other relevant paperwork as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
