Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Tamworth based client to recruit for a Customer Service Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Customer Service Administrator include:
- Handle customer queries via telephone and email, as well as resolving any issues
- Process sales orders
- Input data into the system and ensure it is kept up to date
- Keep in touch with customers throughout the order process, making them aware of any delays
- Liaise with internal departments
This role would suit someone who is a confident and clear communicator with excellent customer service skills. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you can work on your own initiative as well as within a team environment.
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
