What’s in it for you?
- Work hours: 24 hours per week - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 9am to 5.30pm with a half an hour lunch
- Salary guide: £18,880 plus a monthly lunch allowance of £80.50

Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Regularly liaise with business customers to resolve queries, aiming to provide a one-call resolution
- Build relationships with customers and foster close-knit relationships that enable you to deliver exceptional service
- Liaise with customers over the phone and via email to process orders, working together to ensure the products are in line with their requirements and timescales
- Offer support across the wider customer service team when necessary
- Record all customer contact through the system
Customer Service Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience gained in a similar customer service role, with a history of delivering excellent customer service
- Solutions-focused with plenty of initiative, always looking at ways to make improvements and confident resolving issues
- Strong communicator, able to deliver information clearly and concisely and understands the importance of listening
- A team player, happy to help where needed and undertake ad-hoc tasks
- Good administration skills with the ability to record information through CRM systems
- Possesses a minimum of 4 GCSE's, including Maths and English
