Our Manufacturing and Engineering client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide first class administration and customer service to internal and external customers and ensure sales orders and quotation are delivered accurately and on time.   • Manage the customer experience, including responding to email and phone enquiries.
  • Provide support to key business functions, such as: Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Senior Leadership team.
  • Ensure that service agreements are up-to-date and followed. Allowing the company and their customers meet internal and external standards.
  • Prepare customer quotations.
Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to pro-actively plan and prioritise tasks.
  • A strong understanding of Excel.
