- Manage the customer experience, including responding to email and phone enquiries.
- Provide support to key business functions, such as: Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Senior Leadership team.
- Ensure that service agreements are up-to-date and followed. Allowing the company and their customers meet internal and external standards.
- Prepare customer quotations.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred, but not essential)
- Strong experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pro-actively plan and prioritise tasks.
- A strong understanding of Excel.
