Sales & Customer Service Representative

£27,000 to £30,000 Basic Salary with Annual Bonus

Our client is now seeking a Sales & customer service representative , Your role will involve day-to-day co-ordination of customer accounts on an administration level as well as being responsible for all supply chain/procurement activities within a designated product group.

Details:

  • Work collaboratively with the National Account Manager to produce account plans on all your dedicated client base
  • Build strong relationships with all customers at both head office and site level including building a good rapport with Customer Key contacts
  • Maintain Customer price files
  • Complete code creation forms in conjunction with National Account Manager
  • Responsible for a portfolio of small accounts
  • Support with large mobilisations when needed
  • Support with all special projects for your customer ensuring deadlines are met
  • Manage the customer back-order reports and ensure SLAs are met - work closely with procurement and operations to achieve this
  • To support, when necessary, in Customer meetings
  • Build a strong working relationship with colleagues from all Departments within the Business.
  • Collate and issue daily/weekly reporting
  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Flexible to support other areas of the business when required

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven, checkable experience in an account management , customer support or internal sales role
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Organised and can adapt to working under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, good listening skills and attention to detail
  • A passion to deliver great customer service
  • Results driven
  • Numerate and computer literate
