An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reliability Engineer to join a world class manufacturing organisation based in Staffordshire.

The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for the reliability and dependability of all plant machinery and equipment on site.

Further responsibilities include:

*Perform data analysis across all machines to predict and control failures.

*Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.

*Conduct FMEA (Failure modes and effects analysis) for all machines and equipment within the plant.

*Perform root cause analysis to ensure lessons learnt and preventative maintenance planning.

*Provide advice on technical specifications for new equipment and modifications to ensure manufacturing, maintainability, and Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met.

*Support the implementation of new digital tools within the facility

The successful Reliability Engineer will have:

*Experience in Siemens PLC programming/modifications

*Educated to degree level (or equivalent) within an engineering-related discipline.

*Previous experience in plant maintenance, reliability, and preventative maintenance.

*Knowledge of reliability engineering processes (FMEA, Fault Tree, Statistical reliability prediction).

*Experience of working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, automotive industry experience desirable.
