Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

Ideally you will have proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance). Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
