- Conduct thorough Legionella risk assessments across a range of commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
- Advise clients on best practices and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Develop and deliver Legionella control plans to prevent and mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and risk assessments.
- Provide expert recommendations for remedial actions and preventative measures.
- Work closely with clients to ensure their understanding of Legionella control strategies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Legionella Risk Assessor role.
- In-depth knowledge of Legionella control and risk assessment procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g., HSE guidelines, L8 regulations).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear guidance to clients.
- Full UK driving license and the ability to travel across the North Midlands area.
