What will you do

  • Typing documents as dictated by fee earners
  • General Administrative duties, scanning, filing, handling telephone enquiries
  • Arranging appointments
  • Liaising with clients
  • Occasional reception cover if required
  • Handling/managing case files on in house system, amending/creating documents

What experience you will need

  • Experience working as a legal secretary is essential
  • Background in a legal environment
  • Prior usage of case management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is imperative
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Great client service skills with positive attitude
