Description
- Support with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance reports.
- Provide financial analysis to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
- Support payroll reconciliation, VAT compliance, and insurance claims.
- Support audits, financial close-downs, and policy development.
- Provide training and guidance to finance staff.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in financial software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in an understandable manner.
- A commitment to the Not For Profit sector.
