Class 1 Driver

HGV Class 1 Day / Night Driver

Here at HireGiant we are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in Tamworth.

This particular company are well known locally, having operated in the area for over a decade. This thriving national company focuses on general haulage deliveries to client across the UK. There is a possible opportunity for the HGV Class 1 Driver to be placed on a temp to permanent basis covering on nights.

LTD or PAYE Drivers are both accepted!

The Role:

The HGV Class 1 driver will be required to work Monday to Friday on nights or days starting at between 22:00pm to 02:00am or 05:00am starts to 11:00am. The work starts immediately and involves making 2-7 deliveries per night of caged goods.

Requirements for this role:

The HGV Class 1 Driver will require:

Minimum of 6 months experience!

C+E entitlement on their licence
Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
No more than 6 points on licence
Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest

The hourly rate for this role is:

£15.50 - £17.00 - per hour Monday to Friday PAYE
