We are seeking VNA Forklift Drivers for immediate start in the Tamworth, B78 area with flexible shift patterns available.
The pay rate for day shifts is £12.14 per hour, while night shifts offer £13.36 per hour.
Candidates must have a valid in-date VNA licence and be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
The position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and the company offers competitive pay rates, overtime opportunities, and ongoing training.

3 on 3 off (6pm - 6am) and Monday-Thursday (18:00-00:00 Monday, 18:00-06:00 Tuesday-Thursday)

Days:
3 days on 3 days off (6am - 6pm)

Nights: £13.36ph

Position Overview
We're looking for keen, careful and enthusiastic VNA Drivers to join our busy Warehouse team. You must be conscientious, honest and hardworking, able to work quickly and efficiently in a physically demanding environment.

Our client is growing very quickly, so you need to want to learn and develop as the business grows. The successful candidate must be adaptable and flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure with great attention to detail, contributing to the company's continued development.

Responsibilities:
* Unloading our ever growing number of inbound pallets from global suppliers
* Locating incoming stock into high level racking across several of our warehouses
* Loading outbound goods for a number of carrier collections throughout the day
* Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
* Assisting with general warehouse duties as they arise

Skills:
* An ability to maintain a high standard of work within a busy environment
* You'll be able to use your initiative and work unsupervised
* You'll enjoy working as part of a fantastic team, contributing to a common goal
* You'll have excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic and positive approach to work
* You have a valid in date VNA licence.
* Above all else you'll always be willing to learn with a 'can do' attitude.
