People Solutions are looking for a 7.5 Tonne Driver for our client based in Tamworth.

Day to Day Duties
- Driving Category C1 vehicles safely and efficiently
- 7.5 tonne deliveries and collections of white goods to commercial & residential premises
- 2 - 6 drops per shift on average (dependent on distance)
- Loading and unloading
- Handball involved
- Daily vehicle checks
- Utilising a pump truck when required
- Communicate with the transport team
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Comply with driving rules and regulations
Essential Skills
- Hold a valid UK Category C1 Driving Licence
- Hold a valid UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
- Have a minimum of twelve months experience driving Category C1 vehicles
- Maximum of six penalty points for minor infringements with no major endorsement codes
- Work in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
Training
- You will be required to pass a driving assessment prior to commencing the assignment
- All relevant training will be undertaken with the client
