- Manage Administrative Correspondence: Oversee and respond to company communications, including emails, phone calls, letters, and packages, ensuring that all correspondence is handled in a timely and professional manner
- Financial Administration: Manage key financial administrative tasks, including processing invoices, purchase orders, and monitoring inventory reports to ensure accuracy and timely execution
- Support Project Management: Assist the Project Manager in creating and maintaining key project documentation such as budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans
- Procurement Coordination: Assist with the procurement process, ensuring the cost-effective and timely sourcing of materials required for the project
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and ensure the efficient allocation of resources across departments, ensuring that the project team has the necessary materials and support at each stage of the project
- A bubbly, personable attitude and the ability to bring enthusiasm and energy to the workplace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in an administrative role, such as Office Assistant or Receptionist, however, this is not essential
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
