I am working with a highly respected firm with a very strong presence across the Midlands that are looking to add a Conveyancing Fee Earner to their team in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the strongest conveyancing departments in the Midlands and work on a good range of matters whilst receiving support from a dedicated team of legal assistants.My client have a very strong client base and close links to estate agents across the region, meaning that their fee earners receive a steady and reliable stream of inbound matters.The successful candidate will be able to take on the following matters unsupervised:
  • Freehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers
