We are currently looking for an internal Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team on a perm contract for our Ultra Tile brand Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30pm at our state of the art manufacturing facility in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's continued growth.

How you will make the difference:

As our internal Sales Coordinator you willwork in partnership with a portfolio of customersproviding exceptionalconsultative insights(of the account history andpurchasingtrends)toanticipate specificcustomer needsand increase sales. You will enhance the customer experienceand support their businessby proactivelyidentifyingopportunities forup-selling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute towards company targets by way of meeting and/or exceeding setsalestargets as an individual and contributing to the teams.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by developing positive relationships with customers. Act asa consultative partner toanticipatecustomers current and future needsto generate orders.

  • Follow up samples and quotations, converting these to sales.

  • Ensure accounts are constantly aware of active promotions available, follow up and generate new business through own initiative, socialmediaand marketing activityto increase sales.

  • Resolve conflicts, takeownershipandprovidesolutions to customersin a timely manner.

  • Managea dedicatedArea Sales Managers diary; ensuring customers are visited on a regular basis.

  • Use internal tools andsystems,to manage the day to day running of your data, ensure systems aremaintainedandupdated at all times.

  • Liaising with other departments including Transport, Accounts, Marketing, Laboratory and Production.

  • Create KPI and tracker reports as required by business.

  • Undertakes dutiesin accordance withall relevant management systems and controls.

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance andidentifyopportunities for personal growth in orderto promote products with greater understanding and confidence

What you will need:
  • Provenexperience of working in an internal Sales Coordinatorrole
  • Ability to deliver excellentconsultative advice to improve thecustomer experienceand their businessto generate sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building skills.Ability to translate customer account history into opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (or equivalent) and MS Office, (MS Excel in particular)
  • Problem solvingwith a positive and proactiveattitude
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly relating to data entry
  • Committed to ongoing learning / training to build knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer enquiries on time
