Night shifts are available Monday - Friday from 21:30 - 00:30 start timesThis role will involve:- Making deliveries & collections nationwide of automotive parts to secure locations- Upto a maximum of 15 drops per day with some of the drops in the same places- Typical start times 21:30 - 00:30 with stable working patterns- 8-12 hour shifts (Minimum 8 hours paid)- 5 shifts per week- Handling Roll cage, loose items and some palletised goods- Site is based in Dordon with easy access from the M42 Junction 10Successful HGV Class 1 Night Drivers will:- Have at least 6 months C+E experience- Held Class 1 licence for AT LEAST 2 years- Have no more than 6 points for minor offenses (No DDs, DRs or CDs)- Hold valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph cardHGV Class 1 Night Drivers PAYE rates of pay:Monday to Friday Nights - £18.50 per hourMandatory assessments are involved which will include:- Written test (Excellent knowledge of Driving hours, Tacho laws and Highway Code required)- Full site and safe systems of work induction- Vehicle familiarisation- Practical driving assessmentWorking for Pertemps, you will benefit from:- Weekly or Monthly pay via BACS (PAYE)- Free Uniform- Access to driver training including CPC- Dedicated local consultants- 24/7 contactPlease click apply if interested!
