TSR are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Administrator to join our clients vibrant team at their regional office. Our client are a leading Housebuilder who have established a fantastic reputation in the industry.
As their sales administrator you will be responsible for;
- Providing day-to-day support to customers and the sales team
- Processing reservations and orders
- Taking customer payments
- Preparing customer accounts
- Handover documents
- Updating and maintaining sales records on COINS
- Assisting customers and colleagues with queries
- Calculating and preparing commission and expenses claims for the sales team
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports for the Board and Senior Management
