This role requires a high level of flexibility & the ability to communicate both verbally and written. Duties to include but not limited to : -* Provide a high standard of customer service to all customers * Respond appropriately to both customers and drivers * Allocate jobs to drivers & planning to achieve the required response times * Handling of live customer complaints * Full awareness of real-time resource availability * Pricing of jobs for drivers & customers as per pricing process* Maximise opportunities to prevent occurrence's of loss-making jobs.
