We are now seeking a Telesales Manager to join our team in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to lead and grow our telesales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales: Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses within the logistics and warehousing sectors to generate new leads and build relationships.
  • Team Building: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing telesales team.
  • Training & Coaching: Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to telesales representatives to ensure they meet performance standards.
  • KPI Management: Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team and monitor progress to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Assist in developing effective telesales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Customer Relations: Build long-term relationships with clients while addressing queries or concerns effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Appointment booking booking meetings for senior managment and directors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or similar role in the recruitment or logistics sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
