Pertemps have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to join our clients Operations Team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tamworth. Working Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm, this role is key to supporting the company's growth and success.

As an HSE Advisor, you will provide expert guidance on all health, safety, environment, and sustainability matters. You'll ensure best practices, policies, and procedures are followed to minimize risks and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the HSE Manager your duties will include;

" Develop and implement HSE policies to maintain high standards
" Align HSE strategies with business objectives and operational needs
" Stay updated on industry trends and legislation, adjusting company policies as necessary
" Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections
" Investigate incidents and ensure preventative measures are in place
" Manage waste reduction and sustainability initiatives
" Monitor data and KPIs to track improvements in HSE performance
" Provide training and mentorship to staff on HSE practices
" Lead emergency response planning and drills

Things needed for the role;
