Zest Education is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Tamworth. This part-time role, initially 4 days a week with potential to progress to full-time, is available to start from January.

Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
- Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized education plans
- Supporting students in their academic and social development
- Collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- A passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SEN and experience working with students with special educational needs
- Relevant qualifications in Education or a related field (desirable)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
