Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a fresh challenge? This newly created stand-alone HR Manager role, working 4 days per week, is an opportunity to work for a collaborative, forward-looking SME organisation.

Salary - up to £50k + £5k Car Allowance - Full time Equivalent - 4 Days per week

3 Days per week on-site in Tamworth office.

Joining the organisation at a time of positive change, as HR Manager, you will further develop the HR function. This role will work with the Senior Leadership Team and will provide full generalist advice and guidance across the full employee life-cycle.

From supporting and advising Hiring Managers through their recruitment processes, Employee Relations, understanding and delivering Learning and Development solutions, workforce planning, performance and talent, as HR Manager you will have an opportunity to shape and develop the People plan. You will also review HR processes and policies to ensure they are supporting the business strategy.

As an experienced HR Manager, you will be happy to operate in a stand alone position, with some administrative support. You will enjoy working autonomously, and working in an agile environment where it is possible to quickly effect change. You will have managed change from a people perspective, ideally within a multi-sited business.
