Shapes and implements effective people strategies ad activities( In getting the right people in the right place at the right time ) to help the business deliver it's strategy.
In addition to the basic salary of 40,000 - 42,000 per annum our client offers a huge catalogue of benefits ( which can be discussed at application stage )
This is an operational role, where you will be a trusted HR Advisor , building credible and influential relationshipswhilst being able to challenge decisions & behaviours.
Working with the HR Team to ensure a shared and cohesive training and service delivery is consistent and adequate
